Have any of the "problematic" hate-based laws change? Have social attitudes changed (for the better)? No, on both counts. This only gets worse with time, always worse. Consequently, the message doesn't change; it only gets more adamant and strict, and this is of unavoidable necessity. Also getting worse over time, the risk of running around this matrix deaf, dumb, and blind does come with higher probability risk with more and more harmful outcomes, also always only getting worse with time. It is too dangerous to not be cognizant of this and no adjust and adapt to it -- too many Agents Smith out there, and with matrix agents too there are only more and more of them all the time.
