I wouldn't consider Peterson a devout Christian. He's a second-wave feminist, as evidenced by his egalitarian marriage and his slut daughter. He's also very clearly a Protestant, which is why he wouldn't believe in monasticism. And, most importantly, he is incredibly heretical, as you can rapidly come to know in great detail by watching any of his bible interpretation videos. His approach to the bible is not a series of revelations from God that prophets wrote down, but a bunch of allegories for evolution and snakes being dangerous and other banal things.

The grandfather Nurgle has untold numbers of children. Too bad they are plagues, poxes and viruses :)
