You Have No Skills

50 years ago, and before that, he could've gone down to a factory or a union hall and gotten an entry level job. Lots of men have skills. They are intelligent, trainable, and willing to work. They just might not have ACCREDITED skills. Some faceless bureaucrat or corporate weenie will judge you based on the formal training you received and experience before even granting an interview. Good men with intelligence are discarded by software filters and get no chance to get their foot in the door. Let alone get informal training or apprenticeships.
