N.H. will not be able to print Jewish money (U.S. dollar) on a whim so, the N.H. currency will have to be based on time-labor value and that requires a vertically-integrated MANUFACTURING, agriculture, mining/fishing (extractive industries) economy. It will also require numerous cottage industries actually making stuff. N.H. must be able to export to reliable markets on the outside. Finally.... the most important things of all.
