Putin greets family in person after daughter got upset at not seeing the President in Dagestan

Raisat Akipova, an eight-year-old from Dagestan, was really upset when she couldn’t meet Vladimir Putin while he was visiting the republic last week to discuss tourism in the region. <br> <br>Upon arrival in Moscow, the President saw the video of the girl crying – that’s how disappointed she was at her bad luck. <br> <br>Putin then invited Raisat and her parents to visit not only the Russian capital but himself, too, and in the Kremlin!
